The biggest problem with getting people to sign up for a weight-loss program is their desire to put it off. I realized that we could tap into the very common expression, "Diet starts Monday" (which had yet to be used in an ad), to help motivate our audience.

When it comes to weight loss, nothing is more powerful than the before-and-after. But, it's hard to make the jump from the before to the after feel attainable, or even believable. So, we came up with something never done before... and it only took 6 months to make.
